TIP TAX (Transfer of Immovable Property Tax)

• On Transfer of immovable property, TIP Tax is charged at the rate of 2% of the consideration value of the property as per approved valuation table.

Concession in payment of TIP TAX

• No TIP Tax is charged on transfer of immovable properties on inheritance basis.
